The Social and Health Care College in the city of Naestved, Denmark, is one of the upper secondary education colleges based on VET-programmes (VET = vocational education and training). Our programmes are run as alternation courses where college-based education alternates with practical training periods in municipal or county institutions.
We have three programmes:
1. The Social and Health Care Helper Programme (nursing aide):
Qualifies for basic care functions in the clients’ own surroundings. The programme is open for all who have completed the compulsory education.
